Logic's Product Warranty

Logic will exchange products that are found not to meet our high quality standards that are purchased via our website, www.logicvapes.us, as follows:


(i) Devices within 6 months of delivery:
If you believe that your product is faulty or damaged and this is subsequently confirmed by us after a reasonable examination, then you will be eligible for a replacement.

(ii) Consumable Goods (Capsules & Cartridges) within 6 months of delivery:
If you believe that your product is faulty and only a reasonable amount of the product has been consumed (less than 50%), and this is subsequently confirmed by us after a reasonable examination, then you will be eligible for a replacement.


Exclusions:

• Damage caused by accidents or natural disaster;

• Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use as described in the Logic User Guide;

• Cosmetic damage occurring through normal wear and tear, including battery performance degradation beyond indicated timeframe of use.


All issues with devices, cartridges and capsules purchased through a retailer must be addressed with the retailer based on the retailer’s policy.


To initiate an exchange under our warranty policy, you must receive a return authorization (RMA) from our customer service team for each product you wish to exchange. Logic reserves the right to change the terms of the Warranty Policy without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.
